Ryuko Matoi's search for the "woman with the Scissor Blade" leads her to Honnouji Academy, where students have superhuman powers given by special Goku uniforms. Ruling with unquestioned power is student body president Satsuki Kiryuin, who holds the secret to the Scissor Blade. Ryuko confronts Satsuki, but is their encounter coincidence or fate? Their clash will soon consume the whole academy!
