Ma Zouri (Jiang Wen, Let the Bullets Fly), teams up with Hsiang Fie-tien (Ge You, Let the Bullets Fly) as master con artists hustling the pompous rich for their money, all in the name of good advisory. When a local General's spoiled son seeks Zouri’s counsel to launder his father’s wealth, Zouri agrees by staging an extravagant beauty pageant for the city’s most exotic escorts. As their elaborate ploy falls into place with Ying Wanyan (Shu Qi, The Assassin) crowned as the winner, celebrations run wild unleashing a sequence of events, which include an engagement gone rogue, an untimely death and a fugitive’s attempt to prove himself innocent.
