Brother of the Year
Ever since he was a kid, Chut (Sunny Suwanmethanont) always thought that the baby in his mum’s belly was going to be a brother. Yet, the day she gave birth, he got a sister instead. Chut felt like he had been short-changed. His dreams of playing with robots and playing football with his brother were shattered. Every time he plays with darn Jane (Urassaya Sperbund) she turns into a crybaby. Ever since they were kids until now, Chut and Jane have fought over everything. It’s all because Jane acts more like his mother than his sister and Chut likes to make himself a burden instead of being an older brother. Whether it be in studies, sports, looks or personality; Jane is always more perfect. Jane wonders if there are other big brothers out there that are worse than their younger sister just like Chut. The only time Chut acts like an older brother is when someone shows interest in Jane. Chut will bully her admirers into leaving her alone and considers this as pay back. This is the reason why Jane has to keep her relationship with Moji (Nichkhun Horvejkul), her perfect half-Japanese boyfriend, a secret from Chut. Jane doesn’t want her relationship to be destroyed at the hands of Chut, like every other one before. However, love isn’t something to be kept a secret, and in the end, Chut finds out about Jane and Moji‘s secret relationship. It is unlikely that Chut will let this pass. A great brother like Chut will do everything in his power to put a stop to anything that makes his little sister happy!

SEVEN SOMETHING
In the journey we call life; age is no different from the number of kilometers we see on the kilometer marker as we pass by. The kilometers make us think of the distance we have travelled so far yet points out how far we still have to go. The first 14 km we are fresh and full of energy and the goal is to win. The next 21-28 km is the half way marker where you determine whether to keep running or go back. We must decide. The finish line 42.195 km is very far, but having someone running along with you can make all the difference. There are times that we have to confront changes. Sometimes happiness turns into sadness and loneliness turns to warmth. This is a film that will encourage us. No matter what happens along the way of your marathon of life tell your heart to “keep running”.

“Pleng” (Ice – Preechaya Pongthananikorn) is a charming and beautiful English tutor. Her ordinary life takes an unexpected turn when she is asked an extraordinary favor; to help one of her students dump her Thai boyfriend named “Gym” (Sunny Suwanmethanont). Unfortunately, Gym doesn’t understand English so Pleng’s student records her voice message and asks Pleng to translate her message to him. When Gym realizes that he is being dumped, he pins blame on Pleng for his girlfriend leaving him being that Pleng taught his girlfriend the English to pass her US job interview. It is at that moment Gym persuades Pleng to teach him English too, hoping to go to the US to reconcile with his girlfriend. Pleng has reservations but agrees. Gym’s English is very basic and he’s such a slow learner. He works as a maintenance engineer at a factory. Pleng does her best to teach him. She lets Gym read children books to get started. Gym tries very hard and Pleng sees his effort and begins to sympathize with him. At the same time, Pleng has fallen in love with another one of her students, “Pruek” (Two- Popetorn Sunthornyanakij), a handsome guy from a good family. He is a hopeless romantic who always find the way to surprise Pleng and eventually they become a couple. “I Fine..Thank you..Love You” is a grammatically incorrect love story that illustrates the beauty of imperfection over perfection.
