Julie (Rothrock), a martial arts fighter, is ambushed while on a clandestine military mission in Kosovo. All are killed except her. She goes into hiding back in the states, only to be tracked by two men who work for a large government agency. She is befriended by Annie, a woman who runs the local restaurant, which sweeps Julie into the ongoing stories of the relationship between Annie and her dubious boyfriend.
