Queen Elizabeth II. Just the name alone symbolises duty, constancy, and stability. As the longest reigning monarch in British history, it often felt like Queen Elizabeth II would be a part of our lives forever. Her Majesty’s peaceful passing on 8th September 2022 closed the great Elizabethan age and opened the door to a new era of the monarchy. Her death sent shock waves of emotion across Britain. And yet, the late Queen remains an immortal figure in our hearts, memories, and imagination. In true British tradition, the nation said goodbye to its beloved Queen.
