De herlige halvt jente/halvt dyr-vennene lever i en fantastisk verden, der det er eventyr og lek rundt hvert hjørne, og omtanke er det viktigste av alt! I “Et nytt hjem” går det litt vilt for seg når jentene oppdager en påfugl-enchantimal og bestevennen hans som har gått seg ville i skogen. Hvert enchantimal-par tilbyr nykommerne å bo hos dem, men ingen av stedene føles helt riktig for de fjærkledde bestisene. Når påfuglbestisen forsvinner, går alle jentene sammen for å finne ham.
