Jack (Coco Martin), an accomplished police officer, gets assigned to partner up with Popoy (Vic Sotto), a senior cop who has not risen the ranks despite his years in service. Their mission entails them to go up against a drug syndicate led by an influential family. The Montenegros, headed by its patriarch Don Antonio (Ronaldo Valdez), carry on with their illegal dealings with a bone to pick with the principled Popoy. While working on the case together, Jack and Popoy discover each other's painful pasts, including the abandonment of Jack's father and the story of Popoy's adopted daughter, Emily (Maine Mendoza). Despite Jack's cold exterior, he begins to warm up to Popoy. Soon, Popoy becomes filled with regret as he discovers that he is the father who Jack despises. Determined to protect his son, Popoy decides to take on the mission on his own. But the enemies prove to be a force to reckon with, and he needs a team to topple them all.
