Snake Eater II: The Drug Buster
Soldier Kelly returns to the big screen as a renegade narcotics cop, determined to wipe the streets clean of the laced drugs that have been killing the community's youth. After brutally slaying four drug dealers, Soldier Kelly goes on trial but pleads insanity and is committed to an insane asylum for evaluation. However, Snake Eater's justice does not stop just because he is locked in an asylum. Aided by his streetwise sidekick Speedboat, Kelly sneaks out of the asylum at night in order to execute the drug dealers. One by one Snake Eater kills the dealers putting an end to the overdoses that have been plaguing local youths.

Six characters (an actor, a folk singer, an electrified troubadour, the French poet Arthur Rimbaud, outlaw Billy the Kid, and the American singer Woody Guthrie) embody the different personas of music legend Bob Dylan in scenes that chronicle his rise from unknown folk singer to international icon.
