On the 8th of September 2022, the long and prosperous reign of Queen Elizabeth II came to an end. Her Majesty’s passing was met with outpourings of emotion across the world, as people simultaneously grieved and celebrated the life of the unlikely Queen. During her record-breaking 70-year reign, Queen Elizabeth represented continuity and consistency and presided over some of the most important events in modern history.
