An Indian Bollywood entertainer directed by duo Sajid - Farhad, starring Superstar Akshay Kumar along with the southern beauty Tamannaah Bhatia in the lead roles. The story revolves around Mr. Akhil Lokhande (Akshay), an under-dog, his success eludes him with failures. He stumbles upon the bitter truth about himself from his so called father (Darshan Jariwala) who turns out a pretentious oldie. His real father turns out to be a multi-millionaire tycoon 'Pannalal Johri' (Dalip Tahil), but even this is short lived with the news of him being dead. Turning his happiness into a sour moment, only to be informed by the family lawyer that his multi-millionaire father has willed his entire wealth and property to his one and only faithful Dog . . . "Entertainment". This transpires into a chain of events where Akhil plan's to kill the dog, the far off relatives of Pannalal 'The Karan - Arjun' (Prakash Raj, Sonu Sood) brothers plot to eliminate Akhil, spiraling into one crazy slapstick adventure of comic madness, tagging along in this comedy circus are the other Bollywood favorites Johnny Lever, Krishna, Mithun Chakraborty, Ritesh Deshmukh, Shreyas Talpade and Remo D'Souza.

Kaali lives a middle class lifestyle with his sister Seeta. He works at a small train station nearby with Vinay, an Engineer. Seeta’s friend Mangala is deeply in love with Kaali, but he doesn’t reciprocate her feelings initially but soon has a change of heart and in due course of time they two get married. However, their marital bliss comes to an end when Kaali meets with an accident and loses a leg. Kaali holds Vinay responsible for the mishap. When Kaali learns that Vinay is in love with his sister, Seeta, he is furious.
