Kort tid etter å ha flyttet inn finner de ut at de ikke lenger er alene. Men det er ikke huset som er hjemsøkt, det er Malcolms kjæreste. Og nå hyrer han inn alt fra prester til Ghostbusters for å fjerne den uønskede inntrengeren slik at den onde ånden ikke skal ødelegge hans forhold... eller, enda viktigere, hans sexliv.
