‘Mr. Mojo Risin’’ is the story of the making of the Doors’ last album with Jim Morrison ‘L. A. Woman’. 2016 is the 45th anniversary both of the album’s release and of the death of Jim Morrison and this film goes into detail of how the album came about, its recording and what was happening to the band at the time. The story is told through interviews with the three then-surviving Doors: Ray Manzarek, Robbie Krieger and John Densmore plus contributions from Jac Holzman, founder of their label Elektra Records, Bill Siddons, who was their manager, Bruce Botnick, engineer and co-producer of the album and others associated with the Doors at this time.

'The fourth Queen album released in late 1975 has long been regarded as a classic. The brilliant mix of hard rock, pop, opera, music hall camp and traditional folk, utilizing multi layered guitars, crunching riffs, vocal harmonies, piano flourishes, a harp, a ukulele and 'no synthesizers' all combine to make it one of the great albums of the last three decades. Their faultless musicianship, with the 'Sonic Volcano' rhythm section of Roger Taylor and John Deacon, Brian May's guitar virtuosity and the spectacular Freddie Mercury up front, led to Queen being crowned as one of the greatest rock acts of all time.
