"Three love stories revolve around a battered red Volkswagen Beetle, whose successive owners find themselves bitten by the love bug. A chance breakdown of her newly-acquired Beetle sends different signals to Cara (Heart Evangelista) and Roni (Geoff Eigenmann), with the signs leading Roni to believe that Cara is the right girl, but warning Cara that Roni is the wrong guy. Meanwhile, touchy tour guide Louie (Hero Angeles) makes Korean girl April (Sandara Park) work off the money she wheedled from him, but as their close proximity with each other develops a change of heart in both of them, Louie willfully lets go of his love to have her happiness--just when April's happiness is nothing else but to be with her love. Lastly, Ria (Kristine Hermosa) tries her best to win RJ (Diether Ocampo) back, but RJ still nurses the hurt of being left at the altar two years ago--and resolves on not being hurt again, especially by Ria. As the Beetle is passed on, it bears witness on how its owners and their respective partners face the challenges of love, face the risk of being hurt, and go after their heart's desire--all because of love."

A cursed bagua inadvertently falls into the hands of Joy (Kris Aquino) which she hangs at her new house. Soon after, luck starts to pour on her and her husband Inton (Jay Manalo), but every fortune has a trade-off. Just when things are doing fine, she finds her husband with his ex-girlfriend. As fortune avalanches on her, anybody who has seen their reflection in the mirror mysteriously dies. The lucky charm she finds comes with a curse and the only way to stop it is to reject the blessings and destroy the thing.

Milan
Naive and alone, Lino (Piolo Pascual) aimlessly searches for his wife, Mary Grace (Iza Calzado), in the unfamiliar streets of Milan. He meets Jenny (Claudine Barretto), a pragmatic woman who is tired of juggling multiple jobs to provide for her family in the Philippines. She takes Lino under her wing and he gradually learns to cope with the hardships of working abroad while searching for his wife. Weeks go by and yet there are no signs of Mary Grace, compelling Lino to come to terms with his wife abandoning him as well as face the budding feelings between him and Jenny. Their new relationship is put to the test when Jenny finds Mary Grace, now a mother and stuck in a loveless marriage. This leaves Jenny with the difficult burden of telling Lino the truth about his wife or to allow themselves to move on with their own relationship.
