Paranormal Cuma tells the story of a man whose clumsiness lands him in unexpected situations. He works as a mechanic at a university hospital. One day, his clumsiness wreaks havoc on the hospital's electrical system, and he wreaks havoc on the hospital while trying to make up for his mistake. When a cadaver goes missing in this chaotic environment, he decides to steal the body from the hearse instead. This chaos leads to the upheaval of a funeral and a wedding in town. Seeking a way out of his predicament, Cuma tries to convince the town that paranormal activity is taking place.
