Med student PJ (Julia Barretto) harbors bitterness toward her OFW father, Mario (Ian Veneracion), who tries hard to reconnect with her. Despite Mario’s efforts to reconcile, PJ continues to resent him for leaving her and her deceased mother behind. While on duty at the hospital within the university, she and her friends come across the death of a patient with a human bite on the leg. They soon face an even bigger problem as the victim comes back from the dead and infects the people on campus, causing a lockdown and trapping the students inside. In a race against time, they form a team with other survivors to try and remain alive until rescue arrives.
