OVERJOYED keys in on insight into the world of the Olympic gold medals and contest venues that banded together with the cast of JOY, as well as shining a light on the pursuit of bigger mountains and deeper snow that propelled them into this film project.

A journey following the path of snowboarders Red Gerard, Sage Kotsenburg, and Ben Ferguson as they travel the globe in search of the best mountain scapes and snow conditions to ride. It was the path of Olympic Gold medals and contest venues that banded together the cast of Joy, and the chase of bigger mountains and deeper snow that propelled them into this film project. From airs, to slashes, and riding lines, the crew’s prowess and board control in the back country is in harmony to their superlative riding in the contest arena. Range of Mystery
Range of Mystery is the odyssey of three passionate snowboarders chasing rumors of a high altitude utopia. Receiving a clue in the form of an old photograph of a mountain, the trio sets forth on a global adventure in search of its location. Watch as big-mountain riders Nick Russell and Gray Thompson, alongside their friend and halfpipe superstar, Danny Davis, embark on an honest foot-powered journey deep into the folds of the unknown. With minimal information yet a strong desire to bring a dream to life, these three "shralpinists" set out on a quest to make first tracks in a rugged landscape. Earning their turns however, proves no easy feat. In order to achieve hard fought- first descents, they must first cross country borders and language barriers, shoulder heavy packs for miles on end, camp at high altitudes, navigate open glaciers and endure life threatening weather. Danny Davis, a gifted snowboarder with a knack for riding halfpipe thinks he has seen it all; from contest podiums on the world stage to backcountry trips in both hemispheres, he has quite literally been living a dream. But it hasn’t been without sacrifice. With what is likely his last Olympic competition at stake, his season plans are thrown into chaos after a devastating crash. During what seems like a routine visit to the hospital, an unusually familiar nurse and an MRI scan send Danny on a strange trip down memory lane. What starts as a pilgrimage to the powder fields of British Columbia, quickly turns into a road trip through Danny’s own mind as he revisits his humble beginnings, past injuries, friendly faces and inner demons. Joined by fellow snowboarders Mark McMorris, Ben Ferguson, Scotty Lago, Mikkel Bang, Nick Russell and more, Danny is forced to face his biggest challenge to date, himself.

Canada’s Mark McMorris has defied the odds since he began his snowboarding career in 2009. Filmmaker, and childhood friend, Adam Burwell follows Mark every step of the way as he competes with the world’s best in Big Air and Slopestyle earning his spot on the Canadian Olympic team. Then on March 25, 2017, everything changes. With the competition season over, Mark explores the Whistler backcountry with his brother Craig, Torstein Horgmo, and friends. While cameras are rolling, the unthinkable happens - a horrific accident leaves Mark clinging to life with his brother and friends doing all they can to save him. The Crash Reel
