Skoler i Brasil blir åsted for merkelige drap som skjer på skoletoaletter omkring i landet. En skole bestemmer seg for å stoppe skapningen som har blitt kalt "Bloody Mary", og tilkaller profesjonell hjelp... Eller, ja, fire Youtubere med Ghostbusters-kompleks som kaller seg Ghost Killers og sier at de har erfaring med å løse problemer med uønskede ånder som vandrer i mørket. Men det er ikke det vennlige spøkelset Casper som venter på dem i korridorene på skolene.

With his 20th high school class reunion approaching, Diogo (Danton Mello) may finally have the chance to hook up with his high school crush. The only thing standing in Diogo's way is the fact that he now has a wife and a young son. In order to attend the reunion alone and meet up with his crush, Diogo must concoct a strategy to occupy his wife and kid. However, his plan goes horribly wrong, forcing Diogo to scramble around town in an effort to put everything back in order before his wife finds out.
