Based on the book by the famous Dr. Seuss. Inside a snowflake exists the magical land of Whoville. In Whoville, live the Who's, an almost mutated sort of munchkin like people. All the Who's love Christmas, yet just outside of their beloved Whoville lives the Grinch. The Grinch is a nasty creature that hates Christmas, and plots to steal it away from the Whos which he equally abhors. Yet a small child, Cindy Lou Who, decides to try befriend the Grinch.

Lady og Landstrykerens romantiske middag i bakgården til Tonys restaurant er filmhistorie. Akkurat som hele filmen. Landstrykeren er en hjemløs, men glad løshund som er vant til å klare seg selv. Lady er en søt, liten og bortskjemt cockerspaniel fra overklassen. Til tross for den ulike bakgrunnen oppstår det en romanse når de to plutselig møtes, langt utenfor Ladys trygge villatilværelse. Men veien til evig lykke er lang. Mistenksomme nabohunder, hundefangere og skinnhellige siamesiske katter gjør sitt beste for å legge hindringer i veien. Lady og Landstrykeren er et tidløst mesterverk og Walt Disneys 15. Klassiker.
