The fairy-tale relationship between band members Rocky (Jericho Rosales) and Garie (Kristine Hermosa) comes to an unanticipated end when Rocky is coerced by his dad Federico (Jaime Fabregas) to be his pawn for securing the family's influential connections. Years pass and Rocky crosses paths with the love of his life but under different circumstances: Rocky, already stripped of luxury and starting over as a furniture maker, finds himself on a make-or-break project with now sophisticated Margaret, top interior designer and the fiancée of hotel magnate Derrick (Onemig Bondoc). While the two make an effort to keep things light and professional, they cannot help but go back to that moment where everything went wrong. Rocky and Margaret eventually come to terms with their past yet they cannot deny the emotions that neither time nor pain could wash away. What will they do now when they have the present to think about?
