Blant deltakerne er Chloé, offer for seksuelle overgrep; Grégoire, Nawelle og Sabine, ofre for innbrudd og bortføring; mens Nassim, Issa og Thomas er forbrytere, dømt for voldelige ran. I denne følelsesladede og krevende prosessen må de overvinne mye harme før de finner trøst og tilgivelse. Og noen av dem kan kanskje, ved reisens ende, til og med finne fred.
