I Praha, har to av de dyktigste leiemorderne gjort sine tjenester tilgjengelig for mafiaen. Men når den ene av dem, Carver (Gooding jr.), tar et oppdrag for en gjeng han tidligere er blitt leid inn for å likvidere, antenner det en intern mafiakrig hvor sjansene for å overlever er minimale.
