Historical drama following the fortunes of the ambitious Boleyn family in the court of Henry VIII. Beautiful sisters Anne and Mary Boleyn are drawn into a dangerous rivalry for their passionate and handsome king's affections. Mary falls in love with Henry but is cast aside when the scheming Anne wins the king's heart, convincing him to seek a divorce and make her the new queen. However, when Anne fails to provide Henry with a male heir, things become increasingly dangerous for both sisters.
